Principle Of Electrolysis Of Water Testing :

Electrolysis of water testing has positive and negative two-electrode rods (one is an iron rod and the other is an aluminum rod), these electrodes as an introduced electric field to water. After the electrolyzer is energized, the positive valence Fe3+ ions are dissolved under the action of current, and they will combine with the negative OH- ions in the water to form water-insoluble Fe(OH)3 particles.These particles have a strong coagulation and adsorption activities to the colloidal particles in the water,and thereby forming a process of adsorption and agglomeration of organic or inorganic substances in water.

At the same time, due to the action of the current, the metal particles originally dissolved in water, such as manganese, potassium, cobalt, etc., are restored and gradually aggregate to form a metal cluster,due to the different color of metal ions,thereby producing a separation of colors.

The water after electrolysis appears in different colors to show various impurities in the water.
